How do I cut and Paste Manually?

The process is very simple :
Select the cells (or table/pivot, etc.) you wish to copy
Click on copy in the Home menu
Then choose either copy or copy as picture

Open your destination application (or click on an open document)
Click on Paste in the home menu and select one of the options. (e.g. as picture, destination style, etc.)

You can speed this up significantly using keyboard shortcuts:
Ctrl-C = copy selection
Ctrl-X = cut selection
Ctrl-V = paste selection
With a bit of practice, you can get almost as quick as using the Excel Supercharger… ALMOST
